1. Acceptance of Terms

2. Eligibility & Age Restriction
To be eligible to register and maintain an account with 22betwin, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the platform:

- You have not previously been self-excluded or banned from 22betwin or notified that your account has been closed for Terms violation.

2.1 Age Verification
22betwin conducts age verification checks at the point of registration. We may request copies of government-issued identity documents — such as a National ID card, passport, or birth certificate — to confirm that a player meets the minimum age requirement. Accounts where age verification cannot be completed will be suspended pending document submission. Any winnings accrued on an account that is subsequently found to belong to a minor will be forfeited in full, and the account will be permanently closed.
3. Account Registration & Security

3.1 One Account Policy
Each individual player may maintain only one (1) active account on 22betwin. 3.2 Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 22betwin username, password, and any two-factor authentication (2FA) credentials. You must not share your login credentials with any other person, and you must not allow any third party to access or use your account under any circumstances. 22betwin will never ask you to disclose your password — not by email, live chat, or any other channel.
If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify 22betwin support immediately via the official support email. 22betwin accepts no liability for losses incurred as a result of unauthorised account access where the player has failed to take reasonable security precautions or failed to notify us promptly upon becoming aware of a breach.
3.3 Know Your Customer (KYC)

All deposits must be made from a payment account that is registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts — including family members, friends, or any business entity — are strictly prohibited.
22betwin does not charge fees on standard deposits. However, your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges, which are beyond our control. Deposits are credited to your 22betwin account in real time for bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay, and within one to four business hours for bank transfer channels.
4.2 Withdrawals
Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit wherever technically possible. This policy exists to prevent money laundering and to ensure funds are returned to their verified origin. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals are subject to successful completion of KYC verification as described in Section 3.3.
Processing times for approved withdrawal requests are as follows:

Withdrawal requests that cannot be verified will be held until documentation is received and reviewed.
4.3 Currency
All transactions on 22betwin are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The ৳ symbol is used throughout the platform to denote amounts in Taka. 22betwin does not accept transactions in foreign currencies. Any currency conversion required by your payment provider is entirely at your provider's exchange rate and is the player's own responsibility.
5. Bonuses & Promotions

All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each offer, as well as the general bonus rules set out in this section. In the event of a conflict between an individual promotion's terms and these general Terms & Conditions, the more specific promotion terms take precedence for that offer only.
5.1 Wagering Requirements
All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they can be converted to withdrawable cash. The applicable wagering multiplier will be clearly stated on each individual promotion page. Until wagering requirements are fulfilled, bonus funds cannot be withdrawn, and any withdrawal request made before completion will result in the forfeiture of all outstanding bonus amounts and any winnings attributable to them.
5.2 Bonus Abuse
22betwin operates a strict zero-tolerance policy towards bonus abuse. The following activities are considered bonus abuse and will result in immediate bonus cancellation, forfeiture of related winnings, and may result in account suspension:
- Creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus more than once
- Using low-risk, mathematically balanced betting strategies to meet wagering requirements with minimal risk exposure
- Colluding with other players to systematically exploit promotional mechanics
- Providing false information during registration to claim new-player bonuses
- Using VPNs or IP-masking tools to claim geo-restricted promotions
5.3 Bonus Expiry
All bonuses carry an expiry period during which wagering requirements must be completed. The expiry period for each bonus is stated on the relevant promotion page and begins at the moment the bonus is credited to your account. Expired bonus funds and any winnings derived from them are automatically forfeited without exception. 22betwin does not reinstate expired bonuses under any circumstances.
6. Betting & Gaming Rules
All bets placed and games played on 22betwin are subject to the rules specific to each game or market, as presented within the game or betting interface. The following general rules apply across all products on the platform.
6.1 Finality of Results
Once a bet has been confirmed and accepted, or a game round has commenced, the result is final and binding. 22betwin does not reverse completed bets or game outcomes except in cases of demonstrable technical error caused by the platform itself. Player error — including placing a bet at the wrong stake, on the wrong selection, or on the wrong market — is not grounds for reversal.
6.2 Technical Malfunctions
In the event of a verified technical malfunction affecting game outcomes or bet processing, 22betwin reserves the right to void the affected rounds or bets. Players will be refunded the stake for any voided bet. Claims of technical malfunction must be submitted to support within 48 hours of the affected session. 22betwin's decision on technical malfunction claims is final.
6.3 Disconnection Policy
Player internet disconnections during a game session do not automatically entitle a player to a stake refund. For games where a bet has been placed and accepted, the outcome will be determined by the game server, and the result will stand. Players are advised to maintain a stable internet connection before placing wagers. 22betwin accepts no responsibility for losses resulting from player-side connectivity issues.
6.4 Maximum Winnings
22betwin may apply maximum single-session or single-bet payout limits across certain game categories and sportsbook markets. Where applicable, these limits are displayed within the relevant game or market. Winnings that exceed published maximum payout limits will be capped at the stated maximum, regardless of the mathematical outcome of the game or bet.
7. Prohibited Conduct
The following activities are strictly prohibited on 22betwin. Engaging in any prohibited conduct constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, forfeiture of all funds, and referral to law enforcement authorities where applicable.
- Fraud and misrepresentation: Providing false identity information, payment details, or documentation during registration, verification, or any other platform process.
- Money laundering: Using 22betwin to deposit, transfer, or withdraw funds that are derived from criminal activity, or using the platform in any manner that facilitates money laundering or terrorist financing.
- Collusion: Coordinating with other players to manipulate game outcomes, share hole-card information in poker, or systematically exploit table game mechanics.
- Software exploitation: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated software to interact with 22betwin games or betting markets in place of genuine human participation.
- Chargebacks: Initiating illegitimate chargebacks or payment disputes with your bank or payment provider after placing real-money bets. Chargeback fraud will result in immediate account closure and debt recovery proceedings.
- Unauthorised access: Attempting to access, probe, or exploit any part of the 22betwin platform infrastructure, including its APIs, databases, or game servers.
- Underage gambling: Allowing or facilitating access to the platform by any person under the age of 18.
8. Account Suspension & Closure
22betwin reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:
- Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions
- Failure to complete KYC verification within the specified timeframe
- Reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity
- Detection of multi-accounting or bonus abuse behaviour
- Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the account holder
- A court order, regulatory direction, or law enforcement request
- Extended account inactivity (accounts dormant for 12+ consecutive months)
8.1 Voluntary Closure
Players who wish to close their 22betwin account voluntarily may do so by contacting our support team. Before closing an account, players should withdraw any remaining real-money balance. Bonus balances that have not yet met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon voluntary closure. Account closure requests are typically processed within 48 hours of receipt.
8.2 Dormant Account Policy
An account is considered dormant if there has been no login, deposit, withdrawal, or gameplay activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) or more months. 22betwin will send an advance notification to the registered email address before applying dormancy fees or closing a dormant account. Players who wish to reactivate a dormant account should contact support before the stated closure date.
8.3 Self-Exclusion
Players who feel they need a break from gambling may request self-exclusion at any time by contacting 22betwin support. Self-exclusion closes your account for a minimum period of six (6) months, during which time you will not receive promotional communications and any attempt to open a new account will be declined.
